Pak Law Professional Corporation, or "Pak Law" for short, practises primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate/business law and residential real estate. Tony Ka Chu Pak is the principal lawyer behind Pak Law and Tony and his staff are able to provide services in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Pak Law prides itself on advising clients at the onset of the solicitor-client relationship and putting in writing to our clients advising them on exactly what to expect, what our fees include, and what our clients will have to accomplish themselves. We, like our clients, do not like surprises.

We are located on the border of Markham and Toronto and we serve the areas of Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Vaughan, Ajax, Whitby, Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area in general.

Our corporate/business practice includes: business and commercial transactions, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, franchises, commercial leasing, commercial contracts and corporate organization. Our experience with respect to the purchase and sale of businesses and commercial properties include: gas stations, golf courses and country clubs, restaurants, internet cafes, franchises (ranging from small franchises such as "bubble tea" or dessert shops to large fast food chains such as Pizza Pizza), manufacturing businesses, retail businesses, intellectual property based businesses such as software developers, etc.

Our real estate practice includes: private financing with a focus on representing lenders - both commercial and residential, purchases, sales and refinancing of both residential and commercial real estate, and searching title and reviewing condominium documents. We also provide services in negotiating and drafting complex purchase and sale contracts or loan agreements. We currently are not accepting consultations for residential real estate matters. We will accept consultations for commercial real estate matters.
